Basic yoga: These yoga classes are paced to introduce you to our yoga at the Two Turtles Yoga Studio. These poses help you increase your muscular elasticity, flexibility and general stamina. While you are being taught these yoga poses, you are learning cardiovascular control, mental concentration, body awareness and equilibrium while stretching and relaxing your body. This yoga class is for anyone in the Lexington, SC area who wants to enjoy the foundation of yoga.
Gentle yoga: This yoga class is slow paced session that concentrate on selected poses that activate your own body’s immune system while massaging organs, improving breathing and increasing blood flow. The purpose of these yoga sessions are to naturally encourage your body to restore and sustain itself. This yoga class is designed for anyone in the Lexington, SC area who wants to improve their body’s ability to rally and preserve its health.
*Yoga Express: The yoga class is more quickly paced, with few cues and the poses are more challenging. This yoga session is designed to develop your body’s power, agility, dexterity and elasticity. This is offered at Two Turtles Yoga Studio in Lexington, SC for experienced beginners that are already familiar with basic yoga poses and proper body alignment. Coming Soon!
